Both are extremely expensive. There are great professionals and surgeons in Colombia, Venezuela or Brazil that can perform the same procedure (with even better results) for 5 times less money than any of those fags will charge you

Tbh I haven't seen any legit ascension from ramieri or pagnoni (i may be wrong). Only know that they are expensive af cuz there are not too many options here in europe. The most legit looksmaxing procedures are usually performed by south american or korean surgeons.
