Pagnoni vs Ramieri for Trimax?

Based on my research online, Dr Pagnoni and Dr Ramieri are the best for blackpilled upper/lower jaw procedures.

What are your thoughts on these two? The main things I need corrected is slightly recessed maxilla with downward growth, and I need more forward growth, trimax + CCW (impaction of the maxlla) is what I will most likely need.

pagnoni literally does WRONG cut without any scientific prove of not harming the nerves/causing non unions. trust me its NOT because of the amount of movement pag does

Ramieri did once 20 mm BSS0 for severly recessed case on record and last week a member here got 15 mm BSSO

He is improving a lot since 2023 and keep his male aesthetics result private and likes to publish conservative cases on Instagram from blue pilled patients

Both ram and pag is overated. There are many better or equal bimax surgeons. You litteraly pay extra because other people on the forum went to them. And yea pag is kinda off the chart now. His prices are ridiculous

Also a movement chart is worthless when the surgeons allways deviates from it. Just lol if you think any surgeon follows those charts. And this is def true even for ram and pag. Like ofc the plan is to follow it but most of the time its not followed

5 mm LF 1 is good enough, 6mm+ LF 1 is too much risk of chimp maxing and unstable soft tissue between lips and nose leading to instability and possible weird lips problems

13 mm BSSO is definitely on the upper side of mandibular advancement

I'd go with an older surgeon like Raffaini

Raffaini got cancer recently, healed from it but for sure is past prime since 2020 he must be 70 now

Also he doesn't use 3D planning and custom plates so can't replicate as much movements as Ramieri who ironically now is less conservative than Raffaini

true ramieri ascended me and i could have asked more but his plan was blackpilled enough, it s always best go 10% below maximum advancement than get overadvanced

Pagoni - shit movement, more expensive

Id recommend Ram, that was who i was gonna for, but I fillermaxxed instead and prob wont be getting a trimax. Theres a reason why hes in my signature vid
