Pagnoni works both with his own italian implant designer ( like 98 % of his cases ) and a FEW times with RealSurgerymax.

Does Pag's historical designer has learned from Giant newer designs ?

or does he still makes dumb implants like he used to with poor aesthetic and realistic vision, like lego block tier forehead implants with no holes , gap or naturaly assymetrical recreated bone mass ?


I don't want to deal with RSM's random waiting time + he can't even have a dedicated website for booking appointments . Thus considering he has ever openend your DM and read your message.


Does the italian designer can do a proper jaw angle implant, forehead/supra, infra malar or does he is still stucked at Eppley's 2010 design ?

I will do jaw implants in 2026 with pagnoni because I need bimax done first with Ramieri in 2025 so I was asking out of curiosity and for others interested.

I've heard people claim they were impressed by Pagnoni's before / after results for forehead implants when in consultation with him 3 years ago, before he has started to work with RSM , so these are my guess about the italian designer.
