Pain in my Jaw when I do opening exercises to raise my hyoid

in general if you feel pain you should always stop, just take a break and try some days later

yeah back in 2022 I used to do fucking massetar with falim to the point where it would hurt to eat the next day , probably is where some of the pain comes from really fucking stupid idea idk why I did that
