over, wouldn't recommend u to get MSE anyway. Narrow palate isn't much of a failo when u think of the unaesthetic results of palate expanders.

MSE for lip changes has always been a meme. It takes a shit ton of time with braces etc. and it leads to unaesthetic results. Get a soft tissue surgery if u don't like your lips. Lips are like the least important part of a face imo.

if I widen my palate in order to apply Invisaline to my lower teeth that are a bit crooked it would be a looksmin? No extractions only palate and my jaw is wide and fine rn and I’m probably done growing cause I’m 21

It could be depending on the type of expander you want to use. MSE & sarpe both can cause asymmetries to worsen or fuck up ratios (10mm+ expansion), teeth expanders are fine but you'll probably have to wear a retainer for the rest of ur life then.
