The one I bought sold out, plus, it’s pretty bad quality I bit thru it over the course of a month, I would recommend buying a shock doctor and this will def help you get to the end way faster, I’ve heard it’s more tough of a material, and it gives more of a stretch aswell, but here are my recommendations

He took inspiration from the myobrace A1, he even said it himself lol, but R2 should be slightly cheaper and plus the guy made it himself, he designed the mold and such, but if it’s out of ur range just buy the shock doctor or the one from Temu

you can use these mouthguards for anything, it’s just sport because most people that buy those sort of mouthguards use it for sport, the whole point in buying these mouthguard is to #add height between the teeth to stretch the soft tissues and #2 unlock the occlusion, this is why I only listed flatplane mouthguards instead of this

it’s so simple but it’s the only truth.

I highly suggest anybody to not do any sort of surgery or braces or anything that isn’t natural, if ur teeth are crooked ur teeth are crooked for a reason, usually a narrow palate, you can’t just use braces to retract everything. If your upper palate is narrow, it’s narrow for a reason,(a bone is deformed and compensating, then the other 21 bones in the skull are also deformed and compensating) you can’t just expand the palate and expect the other bones to not be messed up aswell, that’s why I say to add height to the teeth and unlock the occlusion to allow the soft tissue to stretch, to raise the curve of spee, and to allow the bones to return to the correct positioning and allowing the teeth to upright
The skull is like a crushed can, just think of it like this, if the maxilla is narrow, the whole skull is messed up, the skull is made up of 22 bones, so if you are widening only the palate by, let’s say, a palate expander, you are only going to make ur body go into a deeper state of compensation and asymmetries, if a can of soda if crushed, you can’t fix one part while the rest is still crushed.
