Palate Expander + Herbst appliance Any thoughts?

Im thinking to get palate expander like mse or sarpe at 17 let's say if i did the expansion i might need to pull the lower jaw forward too and for that im thinking to go for either herbst appliance or DAME do y'all think a maxillofacial surgeon can give me that bc i've got a narrow palate but mse does help the maxilla extend laterally btw those pics they're not me they are some good results

this is my EXACT plan, i have class 2 malloclussion (overbite) and to fix it i wnt to get MARPE (palate expander) for the maxilla reconstruction, then herbst or twin blocks appliance for my recessed chin/jaw (mandible)

upon further research i have deducted that the herbst appliance can potentially and (has) caused recession in the maxilla, i will opt for the twin blocks appliance and suggest anyone else who wants to fix overbite to do the same thing too.
