Palate expander or mse?

Will a palate expander be effective at 16 or should I just ask for MSE?

idk if you maxilla is fused but from what i have heard is that whichever you choose, expand your palate slowly, because if you do it in a hurry you will get facial asymmetry. if any highiqcells can elaborate on this it would be better

Mse will produce good results if u get it done from a good doctor and because you’re 16 a regular rpe will do the work if the sutures are not closed but it is recommended to get power expander for complete skeletal growth.
