Is a real palate expander from the dentist worth it? my teeth are slightly crowded and uneven. My full smile shows 6 full top teeth before the light fades on them. My lips are also kinda narrow.
im 16 and dark facial hair is only beggining, so i assume my growth plates are not fused. i think that is important for the bone to move.
If anyone has knowledge on this topic please lmk if you would say its worth it for facial aesthetics, or if it just helps with the smile
