How? How do I keep seeing all these people. People with wide palates, and big smiles, yet such horrible mid faces? Like it literally makes no sense. Like if you were shown just a picture of their teeth or palate you’d instantly guess they have a fwhr of around 1.8-9 but no. Is it because of ccw rotation and forward advancement of the nose? But even then if you compare the forehead wideness to the facial wideness it’s still bad? Like they have good airways and stuff but their midface is soooooo bad. What could possible be the cause of this and even how.
