Palate Width & IPD [LOOKSMIN RESULT BY MSE]

After seeing mse results below;
Before - cute

After (ugly ogre slav villain)

I reconsider palate width again. To avoid William Defoe type ogre palate (which quite ugly), I think palate's widest end must be match with IPD AT MOST.
I know this is an extreme case but; Am i right? Is there any ratio or measurement for this?

After all, there is a reason why best looking guys like Chico or Henry Cavill have quite decent mouths rathen than big.

It depends. I think absolute width matters as much as relative width. So if you have low IPD, I think you can get away with a mouth a bit wider than IPD.

Imo it still looks worse but we don’t know if there is still swelling or whatever is going on in the mid treatment pic, we also don’t know if it’s lighting puberty or something else. But I think he looked most aesthetic in the before

Actually, having a bit more mouth width could def help.

Try mouth-widening devices. They might work. or if that doesn't help, look into SARPE.

But it is not worth it in your case.

First going to get the orbital infra rim implants. Then correct my canthal tilt to like it was when I was young and then may be do more research into it.

My only concern is that it might look a bit odd with mt slight ipd issue
