My IPD right now is like 64-65 mm (measured with calipers) and my midface ratio is around 1.0 or 0.99. Could getting this palate expander increase my IPD by a few mm?

Why do you care Chad, go slay. And also im guessing no

No evidence it can

From the results, the first change of statistical significance resulting from palatal expansion was the intraorbital width. In this study, we defined intraorbital width as the distance between the two innermost points of the orbit (enR-enL). However, despite statistical significance, the mean increase was only 1.3 mm per patient

The second statistically significant value in this study was increased alar nasal width at the widest point of the nostrils. A mean increase of 1.1 mm was seen following RPE treatment.

You don't have to believe anything I'm saying, but my palate used to be around 2 mm narrower than yours until november 2018.

Fast foreward 7 months later and my IMD has epanded around 4 mms, so 2 mm wider than your's is now.

Hardmewing did the job. Give it a shot

for hardmewing: Main problem isn't even lacking tongue strength or endurance, but not being focussed enough.
To fix that you'll have to stand more, even I- the world's most dedicated mewer- catch myself constantly leaning foreward on my computer or while sitting at the table.

To get myself intio focussed mewing I just walk around in circles in my room or just get off my chair in general.

Also chintuck, it looks ridiculous so do it behind closed doors.

For sllep mewing just abandon your pillow, and even that is not enough: Just 2 days ago I woke up with an open mouth.... TAPE! No question about it,
