Pallate expanders

This might sound hella iqlet. My pallate is toooo narrow for my tongue to properly mew and because im 16 idk if i should get a pallate expander, and if so i do get a pallate expander, whta happends to my lower face (chin, mandible) will it also somehow project forward or wtv

yea its probably smart then. Do you also have crooked teeth? Its a sign for a too narrow palate

Nope my teeth are straight and fine only my sis and brother uses braces i dont i just have a mildish overbite
