Better undereye support cause of lefort

Yes its true.with maxillary impaction and maxillary advancement.the scleral show reduction is more in advancement

It's really not noticeable.

I’ve seen many of rameiris bimax video b/an and it’s clear to see it has improved the projection of the infras. As in Lefort 1 when the maxilla is moved forward the infras are also slightly moved forward.

Lifefuel tbh

Mind elaborating how? Lefort 1 doesnt even touch infras

I think its the soft tissue changes happening when the maxillary is brought forward or upward

infra doesnt move forward with lf1

This.

Your cheekbones will also be more pronounced and visible.

No they aren’t

Something about the reorientation of soft tissue.
For example, increased skin pulling in the LF1 region might also pull forward upper maxilla tissue which simulates a better orbital vector even if the bone in that area has not been augmented.
But the mechanism with supposed increased scleral show is more nebulous.

So is there chance that some people dont have shitty orbitals but need lefort1?
Shitty orbitals is cope, all that matters is your PFL (unchangeable), PFH can be changed significantly with eyelid surgery (you can stimulate it by squinting) Orbitals are only bad if theyre bulging out cause then you need orbital decompression

Shitty orbitals cause nct.pfl can be increased btw

nct can also be fixed, the worst thing bad orbitals do is bulge out

Logically it makes some sense but I wonder the exact mechanism behind it. Is it soft tissue being pushed up by the lf -1 or is it more to do with bone.

Infras are connected to the maxilla so I’m guessing they push up slightly

I had bimax and my scleral show improved a bit. Not significantly like a directed surgery to that area though, I think it happens due to better maxilla positioning, although I had minimal advancement in that area (2mm) it was expanded laterally

Anecdotally, I don't know many people who have experienced a positive change in their eyes after bimax. What you usually hear is that their midface is left behind, not that their eyelids look better. I also personally fall in this group (left behind midface, 0 changes on the eyes).

Bro what is your opinion on getting saddled infra implants

Cantho can increase it.you can also try adult maxillary expander
My esr is already slightly unideal can’t do mse, I need a longer medial canthus tho my lateral side is longer than the medial, but my medial is already downturned perhaps too downturned causing it to be a lil shorter, also my iris is set closer to medial side making it worse+my ipd worse

Then you can do some other soft tissue surgery

Dont act like it is not a valid question virgin
obviously is the tissue below the infras moves forwards it will take some weight off the midface and stop dragging down the lower lid. also not a virgin, but i’m sure you are
