I dont ever see any results for paranasal implants anywhere ever. i was hoping theyre permanently remove nl folds, so i wouldnt have to keep maintenance on a facelift. i wanted some cheap off the shelf ones installed when i go overseas for palate expansion soon. would i be better off just getting a facelift? heres some headshot style photos, i'll be getting a new ct scan today hopefully

You'd be able to tell based off your scan if it's a paranasal issue

are these photos from my djs vsp any help at all? what would you be looking for on a ct to decide implant or soft tissue work?

Yes to me it does seem like it's a bone issue

But don't omit the factor of your skin laxity since even other areas aside from midface do look aged, particularly in the forehead region

yeah :/ once i get a real consult we'll see i guess. i have 2 rounds of surgeries planned so i could just do a facelift this time, then add paranasals into my final round if i need to. my folds are my most hated feature tho so id like to wrap them up asap

You skin is improved. Keep it up. I'd drop tane if your skin is clear, shit is toxic af and dries the skin out so much. Maybe add in some redlight.

You ascended in general. I think paranasals will make minimal difference to your looks tbh.

How old are you?

i want genio for sure, but i wanna wait til after expansion and ortho so i can correct any asymmetry. so i have at least 2 rounds left. definitely getting face lift, fat grafting, and lip lift. i think ill throw lip lift after ortho as well. so this round probably face lift, fat grafting, and expansion.

Depending on how you lean out maybe you could add on a neck lift to the face lift for submental improvement too. But it might just improve a lot through getting leaner so maybe don't commit too hard to that choice just yet

You can try pregnenolone, it tightens the skin and acts as a facelift in a bottle (but not as effective as one). I remember reading facelifts are temporary and last like 10 - 12 years and you can only do them a few times so the later you get them the better.

Keep this line of inquiry open. I too would like to know the answer.

Paranasal + fatgraft(eye area) + tretinoin (for a better skin) and after 2 years face lift and fillers for small adjust.

i hadnt heard of this at all. looking in to it a lot i cant really find any results. i may give it a shot though its cheap enough. figure itd be a lot more talked about if it did anything

prob not living forever honestly so 10 years isnt bad

planned on all of it, just 50/50 on the paranasal. it at least doesnt look like the paranasals have ever had a negative impact, so idk why not to add it in

Unrelated to this thread but your ascension was actually top tier bro. Huge inspiration to me since I have pretty similar features to you in your before (SFS and same nose)

Also is it advisable to do palate expansion after jaw surgery? I’ve seen conflicting opinions on it

Lets be real bro, heavy androgens does this to your skin. Even if I run a modest amount of test+primo, my ex would notice a difference and skin being thicker while on. Considering your physique pic in your first post I'd feel pretty confident that you ran some heavier shit than primo.

You just need time at normal hormonal levels in addition to the tret. Botox in your forehead is something you should do asap and keep doing forever. That's my 2 cents, could be wrong

you should never have to. its way better to do it before, but i was told my palate width is fine (yeah we've all been told that before ik) and i was so tired of waiting at this point i just went ahead and went with a design the surgeon presented. ideally i would've done expansion way prior, or argued for a segmental lefort, but didnt know any better. didnt know what i was doing. thats why i originally came to the site, to get help with those things i didnt know about, but no one really touched my threads til after i already had the surgery

Oh and yeah the nasolabial folds might not be a bone issue at all. It could be purely soft tissue. I literally had a 9mm advancement and I was like "if I'm this recessed, surely my nasolabial fold will improve" NOPE, looks exactly the same!

I think a facelift with fat grafting to the infras and paranasal area is optimal in ur case. And u should also consider getting forehead botox aswell cuz ur developing some static wrinkles there
