Pediatric Craniotomy and Facial Development: Could This Affect Growth?

So when I was around two years old I had a cerebral aneurysm somewhere in the Circle of Willis in the left hemisphere of my brain. During surgery for the clipping I underwent an open craniotomy on the left side of my skull, which was from the top left of the parietal bone down to the top left of my occipital bone. I still have the scar with about a 0.3 inch indentation along the entire surgical site. It’s only noticeable whenever I have my hair cut very short, which I don’t anymore, but that’s besides the point.

I’m genuinely wondering if this could have any developmental side effects on my facial development, as I know the skull and facial development are strongly intertwined.

If anyone has knowledge about cranial growth, craniofacial development, pediatric neurosurgery, or even similar personal experience, I would really appreciate some insight.

I had a concussion from being struck on the left side of my head, I would feel a tight feeling, & localized pain. That shit would keep me up at night fearing I would die from an aneurysm or something .
