Bone smashing was a joke that people in the lookism sphere made in 2019-2020. It is not a real theory, aspies just went with it.

We used to tell retards to hit their face with a hammer as hard as they can jfl. I legit never expected people that start doing that shit.

"Does bonesmashing work?"

"Yes bro just hit your face harder":forcedsmile::forcedsmile:

Bone smashing only causes you to have inflammation and by extend asymmetry. While it can reinforce bone density it cannot expand the bone to grow in itself. Wolff's law only applies to the long term directed stress (imagine weight bearing). Not smashing a hammer to the Zygos of a human being.

Take the example of MMA fighters. A MMA fighter can increase the strength of his shin. Be less likely to get hurt there as he gets experienced. But the bones itself do not produce true bone growth. It just remodels to look slightly thicker and this is after years of being hit. The nerve endings simply die off.

Saying bonesmashing doesn’t work just because it started as a joke isn’t a real argument. The origin doesn’t determine whether something has effects or not. What you are saying has nothing to do with actual anatomy and evidence. That’s the same logic as claiming it works just because people do it.

In my experience, I have 100% made gains on my chin from bonesmashing around 2 years ago for like a year straight. Although I doubt its actually bone, whatever buildup of scar tissue or permaswelling has made my chin actually square; so I can vouch for it. Still super corny to see people rambling about it though as it's effects wont ascend anyone and is only a cherry on top for someone with an already good base..

Imo bonesmashers are on a bell curve, high IQ smashers at the start, retarded grifter normies from the middle to end

What I would actually be interested in is prolonged use of currents to make use of the piezo electric effect as is already done experimentally to combat osteoporosis.

Isnt this just a fallacy? Just because something started as a joke doesn't mean it works or not.
