People think i'm a macho/criminal while having Social Anxiety

Long story short people seem to be ignoring my SA signs i'm pretty sure i show signs but people still think i have a macho and hard personality which is crazy to think because i over analyze every interaction don't they notice?

I'm pretty much fucked mentally. Anxiety + SA + depression. My looks don't match my mind/personality at all. The only reason i see why people still think i'm a mma fighter / criminal / drug dealer even after meeting me and interacting with me is my looks, what you all think?
