Although most will need drugs to get that lean, and even then it’s very hard unless you have a very low natural set point

9-11 % is hard bc you have legit no freedom for basically no gain you'd have o eat high fiber and drink a LOT of water in order to curb craving and u can say goodbye to actual good food. 12-13 is perfect there's also no benefit for going lower than 12% unless you're a body builder

but yeah some people love food too much more than people like me
I just eat the same thing everyday so portion control is super easy

I am hungry all the time once I'm below 18% bf. I have a large appetite but I can control it with contrave that is how ive been consistently losing weight.

At arnd 10% i had insane vascularity and shredded abs that are great even without flexing, rarely ever saw anyone leaner than me. If you dont have top tier abs and veins everywhere you're not 10% or below
