tell me you don't know simple biology without telling me you don't know simple biology.
Nigga it’s literally the exact opposite
I’m talking about scar tissue buildup with the right massage gun
And rest days and frequency
lol I can give you a whole entire guide right now if you want

Yeah I guess the scar tissue build up might be true but WHO wants scar tissue :ROFLMAO:. It won't do shit for ur bones I mean

lol i’m in Anton Verda’s course he goes very in-depth and does research
I can give you the whole entire course. I’m almost done completing it so then I’m gonna leak the whole entire thing
Most of it is basic information that I already know, but some of it is nuance that you wouldn’t know

Completely untrue lol scar tissue takes a while to build up and you can see results
Again, constantly repeated force without a massage gun or any not controlled frequency of hits is not going to build up any
Tissue whatsoever at least from the studies that I’ve seen
You can’t expect a 0.5 mm scar tissue buildup on each one of your zygomatic
Bones after two weeks now obviously this isn’t the most accurate study but
After four months of doing this, THE RIGHT WAY you will see results
It’s just going to take a little while
And the more scar tissue builds up the less effective it’s going to be

No, I’m going to post the whole entire thing here
He updates modules like every month with new research so I just I’ll let you guys know whenever it updates and I’ll give you guys new research I’m just giving you a $40 course a month for free
And yes, any other course to improve your looks is not near as in depth of this one. This is the only one that’s even remotely worth it.

fucking idiot said "completely untrue" then said smt I never disagreed to, what I said is it won't change ur bone structure.

All right, maybe that completely untrue thing was
My bad you’re right
But yes, it will change scar tissue

swelling + show proof dipshit
What he’s showing is swelling plus a tiny bit of scar tissue buildup if he’s using a hammer or anything but a massage gun with the right rest days and everything else I said then it’s going to be extremely minor scar tissue and mostly swelling
But there is going to be a tiny bit of scar tissue build up very tiny because he’s not doing right

It only gives little bubble shaped tissue inside the skin, with enough lighting and angularity you can see the lack of foundation behind the contour of your face and the scar tissue asymmetry.

If you want real cheekbones you have to expand your maxilla or do lefort, latter requires a stronger diagnosis;
If you want fake cheekbones you can always get reliable implants.

Also applies to other regions that you could bonemash, like the orbital bones, temporals, chin[...]

And you have to do it constantly to maintain your results

I’ve always wondered why people bone smash a area like their supras it’s so fucking stupid it worked on my chin tbh but I feel like this is diff for everyone since not everyone gets hematoma ossification however I’ve never heard about bonesmashkng the temporal lol

Being honest it worked in the chin for me after a while, I not only can see in the mirror but also in my iPhone 15 lens distorted perspective
edit: Buuuuuut it gave me tmj pain and the classic jaw click few moments after doing it, nothing comes for free

the chin worked well for me Probally because it’s a low risk area and such a large area and it’s not easy to over do it

But yeah it def worked for me glad it did for you to

also with a hammer you'll probably get crazy asymmetries, the only way to actually bonesmash would be to break the bone and seperate it like they do with limb lengthening but that's very calculated, if you break it differently and don't evem seperate it I doubt anything would happen beyond slight asymmetries.

Hematoma ossification exists btw and no one uses a hammer

I don't know how people actually use these hard surfaces for bonemashing, its exponentially harder than your fist bones

You can knockout someone with a punch but actually open a skull with a hammer

Its was not swelling. I don’t have proof. I bonesmashed my infras (dump ik i was desperate) and it actually worked my under eyes are not as dark as before
probably slept more/increased blood to the area which is lieterally the definition of swelling, if you hit something your body will likely send blood as a response it's the first line of defense against bodily invaders and quite simple biology, blood has WBC which are meant to heal, if you hit yourself your body thinks it needs to heal, if no fracture occurs all that will occur is useless blood build up (useless swelling).

fractures are required for growth unless you are in developemental years.

exactly bone seperation is how the growth occurs, search up any case study, hell even use wikipedia or some shi :ROFLMAO:.

appreciate u sharing ur experience that's what this website is all about but go read a case study and understand the science before telling someone to beat the shit out theyself.

are you a fucking idiot what does "ossification" mean: Ossification (also called osteogenesis) is the biological process of bone tissue formation, where specialized cells called osteoblasts lay down new bone material. It primarily involves turning soft, flexible embryonic tissue or cartilage into rigid, hardened. fucking dipshit you are A DUMBASS. go read a motherfucking book.

You Probally got hematoma ossification
hematoma ossification usually can only occur within 28 days of a babies life, first sentence of the case study im dead bro you're a fucking moron
