As a teen, is there any preferably safe peptide/something else to help my bones grow or to stimulate osteoblasts? still new to this

I asked someone specific a while back and they told me to fucking hum. which technically works but im not doing that shit all day

NO pep is gonna do that.
Solutions: eat steak, grass feed dairy and meet, goat/sheep milk, raw vegetable and fuit, raw honey, long-chain carbohydrates, bone broth for collagen, nuts, liver, sauerkraut and fermented foods, smoked fish such like salmon. Then take vitamn D3+ K2 and C+ Zinc. at least double the U.I. OMS says. Then play sports with high intensity training. Sleep not less then 9h and be sure to be fucking tired and to fall asleep in less then 10 minutes. Enjoy life take sunlight (dont burn yourself). Thats it.
Dont stress dont try to think about stuff u dont need to worry about, if you're not subhuman.
Avoid anything which is by common sense not healthy.
Lastly (little bonus) CHEW PROPERLY your food.

Cmon dont be lazy go look at OMS and then do the math. Also consider that vitamins arent that important if you had a proper lifestyle but 99 out of 100 u do not live correctly (not your foult). Look up for proper dosage the are planty of sources who talk about that - look for those who say that OMS tells to take too little - also as fucking wrote the minimun is 2x what OMS raccomends, this valid for all supplements mentioned before. About the brand of supplements: I did a good analysis u can go well with "Natural Elements" its the best i found on amazon.
about chewing: only thing that matters is that you smesh properly your food so that your digestion will work properly and also salive has enzimas which are realised by chewing properly
By that i mean take you time, feel the jaw muscles working and EAT REAL FOODS remember
