As a teen, is there any preferably safe peptide/something else to help my bones grow or to stimulate osteoblasts? still new to this

I asked someone specific a while back and they told me to fucking hum. which technically works but im not doing that shit all day
 
goon at least 3x times a day it increases your gh level tenfold

Grey questions.

NO pep is gonna do that.
Solutions: eat steak, grass feed dairy and meet, goat/sheep milk, raw vegetable and fuit, raw honey, long-chain carbohydrates, bone broth for collagen, nuts, liver, sauerkraut and fermented foods, smoked fish such like salmon. Then take vitamn D3+ K2 and C+ Zinc. at least double the U.I. OMS says. Then play sports with high intensity training. Sleep not less then 9h and be sure to be fucking tired and to fall asleep in less then 10 minutes. Enjoy life take sunlight (dont burn yourself). Thats it.
Dont stress dont try to think about stuff u dont need to worry about, if you're not subhuman.
Avoid anything which is by common sense not healthy.
Lastly (little bonus) CHEW PROPERLY your food.
