personally i think 185-193 cm (6.1 -6.4) is the sweetspot.
I see a lot of brainrot/incelculture around hight. And foids seeing a moviestar that is labled 6,6 and thinking its a good / near perfect hight
In my opinion 185 cm 6.1 is better than 196 6.5 and equal to 193cm 6.4
(183 = 196 6=6.5
180 = 198 5.11= 6.6
178 = 200 5.10= 6.7
tall comes with awkward exposure and awkward interaction with others leeding to a somewhat disabled touch/look. Its also a big nerf when it comes to having a decent physique (at least not subhuman physique).
Change my mind if im wrong but really look what hights perform good irl. I think its rarer for a 6,7 guy to have a good apperance Than for someone 6 feet etc.
