INTRO
SEX APPEAL- The quality of being attractive in a sexual way. Having lots of sex appeal makes you sexually attractive which is different from being aesthetically attractive. Sexual attraction is defined by women as “wow that person is so hot; I want to jump in bed with them, and rip off their clothes right now.” Aesthetic attraction is defined by women as
strictly an appreciation for one’s appearance. For example, it’s “wow that person has a great butt, and that’s aesthetically appealing to me”.
***In this guide I will go over 10 things that will help maximize your sex appeal making you more sexually attractive.***
1) DEEP VOICE
Voice, as a secondary sexual characteristic, is known to affect the perceived attractiveness of human individuals. Men with deeper/low-pitched voices signal large body size (which is sexually dimorphic), attract more women, father more children, intimidate other men, and command respect from other men. The larger the larynx, the longer and thicker the vocal folds and the lower the pitch of the voice. The size of the larynx is a secondary sexual characteristic partly controlled by testosterone; this is why the male larynx—commonly referred to as the “Adam’s apple”—enlarges disproportionately with the onset of puberty. The size of the vocal folds, commonly referred to as the vocal cords, is largely determined by the size of the larynx, and their thickness is further influenced by the action of hormones such as testosterone. Typical male voices range in pitch from 85 hertz to 180 hertz, with 96Hz and lower being the most attractive voice depth.

How to get a Deeper Voice?
Non-surgical Method:
- Deep chanting: start making "oohmm" sounds over and over in a controlled manner which relaxes your vocal chords
- Primal screaming: go out somewhere(preferably where not to many people are) and start screaming (growling loud screams) as loud as you can for 5-10 minutes everyday.
- Smoking cigarettes: over time can deepen voice by causing swelling in the vocal cords which lowers the pitch (not recommended only if you truly wish).
- Make sure you maintain high amounts of T during puberty (too late for most of you)
- Clear your throat, take a deep breath, and swallow your spit before talking. Relaxing your vocal cords lowers the pitch of your voice, this is why your voice is usually deeper when you wake up in the morning.
- Speak from your diaphragm instead of your throat
- Mint Pastilles: help to relax throat muscles and open up vocal tract increasing the resonance of your voice and make your voice temporarily deeper
Surgical Method:
- Voice Deepening surgery aka Fat Injection Thyroplasty: This surgery is performed by injecting fat into the patient’s vocal cords, adding bulk and creating a deeper-sounding voice. There’s a saying that goes: “sounding good is as important as looking good."
Cost: $2000 to $5000, sometimes as low as $1,000. (injections can last up to 2yrs)
- Medialization laryngoplasty: In this procedure, the folds of the vocal cords are thickened with silicone rubber implants, which causes a deeper tone to develop. This is a common surgery among FtM individuals, I'm not sure they will perform it on a healthy/normal males but it's worth looking into.
Cost: $2500
- Thyroplasty: one to two and half inch incision is placed parallel to, or in a skin crease of your neck near the Adam’s apple. A diamond-shaped cut centered on the vocal cords loosens the vocal cords internally. An endoscope is in place during the procedure to observe your vocal cords, after this you are typically asked to make some sounds to assess the loosening. The incision is closed.
Cost: $1,000 to $2,500
- Micro-laryngeal Pitch reduction: A laser is used to incise some of the laryngeal tissue on the top surface of the true vocal cords and the bulk is transferred to near the vibrating edge of the vocal cords, increasing their mass. The vocal cords may also be loosened with some cuts. These changes in tension and mass can lower the comfortable speaking pitch.

An endoscope is in place during the procedure to observe your vocal cords, after this you are typically asked to make some sounds to assess the loosening. The incision is closed.

- Micro-laryngeal Pitch reduction: A laser is used to incise some of the laryngeal tissue on the top surface of the true vocal cords and the bulk is transferred to near the vibrating edge of the vocal cords, increasing their mass. The vocal cords may also be loosened with some cuts. These changes in tension and mass can lower the comfortable speaking pitch.

- Voice Deepening surgery aka Fat Injection Thyroplasty: This surgery is performed by injecting fat into the patient’s vocal cords, adding bulk and creating a deeper-sounding voice. There’s a saying that goes: “sounding good is as important as looking good."
Cost: $2000 to $5000, sometimes as low as $1,000. (injections can last up to 2yrs)

- Micro-laryngeal Pitch reduction: A laser is used to incise some of the laryngeal tissue on the top surface of the true vocal cords and the bulk is transferred to near the vibrating edge of the vocal cords, increasing their mass. The vocal cords may also be loosened with some cuts. These changes in tension and mass can lower the comfortable speaking pitch.

Non-surgical Method:
- Deep chanting: start making "oohmm" sounds over and over in a controlled manner which relaxes your vocal chords
- Primal screaming: go out somewhere(preferably where not to many people are) and start screaming (growling loud screams) as loud as you can for 5-10 minutes everyday.
- Smoking cigarettes: over time can deepen voice by causing swelling in the vocal cords which lowers the pitch (not recommended only if you truly wish).

- Thyroplasty: one to two and half inch incision is placed parallel to, or in a skin crease of your neck near the Adam’s apple. A diamond-shaped cut centered on the vocal cords loosens the vocal cords internally. An endoscope is in place during the procedure to observe your vocal cords, after this you are typically asked to make some sounds to assess the loosening. The incision is closed.
Cost: $1,000 to $2,500
- Micro-laryngeal Pitch reduction: A laser is used to incise some of the laryngeal tissue on the top surface of the true vocal cords and the bulk is transferred to near the vibrating edge of the vocal cords, increasing their mass. The vocal cords may also be loosened with some cuts. These changes in tension and mass can lower the comfortable speaking pitch.

- Deep chanting: start making "oohmm" sounds over and over in a controlled manner which relaxes your vocal chords

Surgical Method:
- Voice Deepening surgery aka Fat Injection Thyroplasty: This surgery is performed by injecting fat into the patient’s vocal cords, adding bulk and creating a deeper-sounding voice. There’s a saying that goes: “sounding good is as important as looking good."
Cost: $2000 to $5000, sometimes as low as $1,000. (injections can last up to 2yrs)
- Medialization laryngoplasty: In this procedure, the folds of the vocal cords are thickened with silicone rubber implants, which causes a deeper tone to develop. This is a common surgery among FtM individuals, I'm not sure they will perform it on a healthy/normal males but it's worth looking into.
Cost: $2500
- Thyroplasty: one to two and half inch incision is placed parallel to, or in a skin crease of your neck near the Adam’s apple. A diamond-shaped cut centered on the vocal cords loosens the vocal cords internally. An endoscope is in place during the procedure to observe your vocal cords, after this you are typically asked to make some sounds to assess the loosening. The incision is closed.
Cost: $1,000 to $2,500
- Micro-laryngeal Pitch reduction: A laser is used to incise some of the laryngeal tissue on the top surface of the true vocal cords and the bulk is transferred to near the vibrating edge of the vocal cords, increasing their mass. The vocal cords may also be loosened with some cuts. These changes in tension and mass can lower the comfortable speaking pitch.

Reasons to get Tattoos:
- The research said that women thought tatted men were not good long term partners because it made them look like they have 'bad boy appeal' which is very good for short term flings and slaying.

- The researchers concluded that when a man gets inked, that tattoo does two things: it attracts the ladies by exuding an air of health and masculinity, and it intimidates other men, because men with tattoos simply look like alpha males. Tattoos make you look hotter to women, and it clears away rivals, so you just have a better chance of getting laid.

Mint pastilles are quite cheap, I use them now and they do make your voice significantly deeper during the day. They last pretty much the whole day too. Bought enough for like a 5 month supply, less than 30 bucks spent. Deep voice for 5 months for 30 bucks is a pretty good deal to me

My personal numbers/ratings for each factor and level of success or lack of success from each factor:
1.) Deep voice: My voice was normal to high from teens to early 20's. It wasn't until I actually spoke with my true voice until I noticed I actually had a relatively deep voice. I used to speak fast and was afraid of being judged at a young age and didn't realize it made my voice higher than it truly was. I combined this weath semen retention, primal screaming once a week and it really peaked in terms of deep sounding at age thirty. Overall effect: well it was at age thirty where I had my most success and in success I mean not just dates but getting laid at a high rate. In my younger years but couldn't close the deal at a high rate or it took many dates to close. Voice is extremely underrated.
My rating for this would be 4/10 from 18-25 years old and 8/10 from 30-present and large effect on dating life
2.) Designer stubble: I look terrible with any facial hair at all. I have a great jawline and attractive face so I have no need to hide behind the facial hair. 0/0 rating no effect on dating life.
3.) Dark hair: I had light blond hair as a kid, dirty blonde as a young teen, brown as a young adult and now it's black. It's so difficult to know how much of an affect this has but I've had many compliments so far. Women love to touch it and it does make me stand out because less than 5% of men have very long hair. I've grown out my hair to my shoulders/chest as well. I basically had a miltary cut for decades before this. My hair was dirty brown for a while but at around thirty I was seeking to darken my hair without dying and I found Fo Ti or He Shu Woo. This is an extremely powerfull herb which is great for longevity, powerfull antioxidents, boost the kidney and liver, great for endurance and it darkened my hair fairly dramatically within 1-2 months of drinking a cup per day or every other day. This is wierd but with my new hair style I feel like a completely changed person almost as if I was a villan within a movie. IDK just a wierd experience by changing my look within a year or so.
Overall I would rate my hair color and thickness as a 9/10 and results towards my rating
life is a solid positive effect.
4.) Tatoos: I don't have any and I never will. You don't put a bumper sticker on a ferrari.
No effect for dating life NA rating.
5.) Facial Scars: I have none nor do I want any.

6.) Muscles:
For the most part I’ve maintained a skinny/athletic look. At 6’1” 175 lbs and 10%-12% body fat for most my adult life. When I was my biggest at 200 lbs the only compliments I got were from men. Having a low body fat, feeling and being strong and have a decent amount of muscle does boost your confidence fairly dramatically. In bed I’ve had some girls love muscles but in terms of them choosing me I don’t know if it’s the biggest factor overall but it certainly is a decent contributor.
Overall muscle rating for me I’d give myself a 6/10. I’m a great athlete but I don’t have a shit ton of muscle and I don’t a ton of muscle either. I have a 30 inch waist, 42 inch chest and 54 inches around the shoulders. Overall effect on dating life is average effect. It’s more of a cherry on top or a bonus and not a necessity but it’s helpful mostly for inner confidence.
7.) Neck: Same as muscle here but it does give a masculine appearance. I’ve had a 15.5 inch slim neck for most of my life. Even though I was in sports from high school through college, military, etc I rarely did any direct neck workouts. Again, at the age of thirty that’s when I started to ramp up the neck work. I got to 17 inches but haven’t ever been able to hit that 18 inch mark. I can lift over 100 lbs with my neck 50+ times but I’m not getting the desired results. Super strong but still just average at best.
Rating: 5/10 Overall effect on dating life is little to none but that’s just from observations and comments I don’t know how many women have wrote me off due to my average neck size. No idea.
8.) Frame: 54 inch shoulders 30 inch waist for 1.8 ratio. I have 19.5 inch fairly broad shoulder and able to build a ton of muscle mass on my shoulders. Shoulder to hip is 1.5 and a waist to hip ratio of .88.
Overall rating is probably 9/10 and effect on dating life to be honest I have idea for this.
9.) Height: 6’1” so right below the ideal category I suppose. No woman has ever called me short or has ever said I’m average. I’ve had one women say your not that tall and she was 5’6”. I could basically put my chin on the top of her head and I said you were saying. I think my height has given me a great advantage and has never negatively affected me. I’ve had two women say they love that I’m tall
. Overall I’d give myself a 9/10. I would like to be 6’2” but oh well. Strong positive effect for dating life.
10.) Penis Size: I knew based off being in the gym/military/sports that I was above average but watching sooooo much porn ruined me during my younger years and I lacked confidence for sure. My natural size is 6.4 inch length and 5.5 inch girth. However again at thirty when I started my self improvement phase I went all in on PE. I used hanging, OK horse 440 squeezes and clamping. I ended up hitting 7.5 inch length and 6.2 girth after one full year. This was the same time my confidence was at an all time high and I was just landing 20-22 year old’s pretty consistently. It was during this time that I received the most complimnents and most reactions in bed when I was at this size. Combining Horse 440 squeezes with clamping was the best thing I’ve ever done for girth. I only did these for four months but the improvement was major for such a short time. When doing these clamp/squeeze sessions I’ve measured my girth and I hit 7 inches which blew my mind. I still to this day can’t believe this stuff works. With this being said this is very time consuming and is done just about almost every day.
Overall rating: 8/10 after PE 6/10 before PE and overall effect on dating life drastic positive effect for short term hookups no real effect for long term dating.
Overall the biggest effect on sex would be the D size. The biggest positive effect for attracting women would be my voice deepening then my height followed by my muscle. The thing that built my confidence the most wasn’t the muscle, the voice the D, hair, etc it was the experience of having been with many different chicks from different races and being able to get with them no matter what the venue (gym, online, grocery store, work, etc).
In the end I would say start stacking positive habits. Start a new habit every single week and start with the most important to you down to the least important. I would say my overall rating at 23 years of age was a 6/10 for SMV and now after maxing everything I possibly could at 36 (skin, hair, eyes, D, height, muscle, voice, experience, etc) I would rate myself as an 8.5/10. There are still possible improvements but the biggest factor now is longevity and maintaining my prime well into my late 40’s or early 50’s.
