what would you say is the perfect body for a men in his early 20s?
I feel like someone who is overly muscular in his 20s can look older and goofy in clothes (im not lazy, i go to gym 4 times a week)
When you take a look at male models in 90s i feel like that's the perfect male body in general, broad shoulders, flat stomach (abs optional tbh) and defined arms (not to pumped, especially not the forearms) and legs on the leaner side.
P.S in my opinion having no abs, but a lean stomach makes it even better since you are not straining your body that much and it doesn't look like you live in the gym and ''tryhard'' to look good, it's more of a natural look IMO.
