It's like 100x easier to save money and get surgeries than it is for an ugly shut in autist to magically become low inhibion but also socially aware enough to not look completely retarded. Also improving looks will improve everything else in life even considering the immediate social suicide, if you accend it'll be much easier to find a new better social circle anyways.
