Hey, check these out. This could be lifefuel for niggas like me who have a longer philtrum but can't risk a lip lift scar. Looks like fat transfer to her lips caused the lips to become plump, thereby providing support to the deflated philtrum? Too bad it doesn't say the procedures she's had done on the website, only mentions fat grafting.
I would fully balance out my face if I could "shorten" my philtrum, but I think I actually lack upper lip volume, making my upper lip appear non-existent, and thus my philtrum appears to be longer, just like this old lady. Could lack of tooth support also cause lips to appear deflated because of a lack of support behind the lip?
