its around 15mm but when i smile it gets really short and makes my midface smaller so well i was actually curious if that could work and distract ppl, and also you cant tell me there isnt a difference since the philtrum can really change how compact the midface looks

Lip filler is not that good cause it can migrate just opt for lip lift its pretty safe and can do a lot on a long philtrum

then use vaseline or red vaseline or aquaphor, also brush upwards and it should work
