[Photos] Should i get surgery and fix my teeths with braces ? Need specialist

Hey guys i'm 29yo oldcel, i went to the orthodontist today (best in my town)

He told me i need self ligating braces for around 1 or 2 years anyway, cost is 1000 euros for 6 months, so cost will be between 2000 - 4000 euros

I asked him about surgery immediatly, he told that he can fix my teeths with braces only, but i still can get surgery if i want to
Surgery is 100% free, i won't pay a penny for it, he told i need to get my lower jaw moved forward basically
I asked for MSE, he told me i don't need it

I really hope you guys can help me, should i do it ? What surgery do i need exactly? No one really notice my shit teeths because i never smile and i hide it

Get jaw surgery first, your palate seems a little narrow aswell. Looking at your palate I would reccomend MSE/ Palate expander and lower jaw surgery as your dentist reccomended. I would be skeptical if hes offering it you for free, usually you have to pay £££ for jaw surgery, so its weird he would give it you for free, but if he isnt larping it will be worth it in the long run. Go get a consultation at a few places before you decide on where to commit too.

if i get mse, i need another surgery to expand my lower jaw ?
