I'm learning photoshop and today I tried to ascend RyanCasey (a Bodybuilder).

Not the best at photoshop but I think Ive done a decent job.

Trimming Eyebrows, (dying eyebrows, another haircut [optional])

What surgerys do I suggest him?

Otoplasty [Ear pinning], Rhinoplasty [Smaller Nose], Orbital Box Osteotomy [Closer Eye Distance], Genioplasty [positive canthal tilt (optional)].

(I am not a doctor. Please do not consider my advice as medical guidance + I am not sure if this is right, correct me if im wrong)
