Physique training only arms

This guy had an injury and hes been training for 7 years only arms and lunges.
physique looks more impressive than the average science based trainees

most people are fatiguing themselves with compound exercises and when they get to arms they are completely wasted, train your arms and shoulders first, allways! 99.9% of the time you are with a shirt on and guess what muscle is allways showing.
