I’ve been going to gym around 5 times a week and eating/sleeping well and this is the results in about 4 months. I feel like not much has changed and my abbs haven’t became more visible much. I also cutted for about a month to try and help and not much happened only lost muscle which was a mistake. Anyone got tips or honest opinions on if this is good progress or no?
