(PIC) What are those folds at corner of mouth?

Is it fat, or what?

They don't disappear with weight loss.

I have some slight ones, when looking at myself under the right light and angle (only slightly noticeable).

That's why I added this pic instead; that guy has the exact same folds, only way more prominent.

What is it? How are they called?

That guy has visibly lost most of his facial fat, which reveals under eye hollowness, Nasolabial folds, and those mouth folds, because of contrast.

Like the Nasolabial folds, my guess is they are made of resistant fat, which won't go away with weight loss.

Solution would be liposuction of the fat pads, in this context.
