The *Overshoot Principle* has been honored: getting (from a face leanness POV) leaner than you think you need so sht like bad sleep, an imperfect meal, random bloat, etc. can hardly touch you, BUT ALSO: Because going from CUTTING to MAINTAINING means HIGHER CALS = MORE WATER (muh fullness)... EVEN if you eat PERFECT carnivore and NO carbs and NO added salt.

^Meaning if you stop the cut when you think ur face is lean enough, 1st of all there's no margin for error from fluctuation-causing factors, and 2nd, your current face leanness is ARTIFICIALLY ENHANCED by the EXTRA-DEBLOAT EFFECT of the DIET.


I've never heard someone discuss this theory and so I claim full trademark/copyrights to it :) . Caveat: the one thing that could work against this is if persistently high cortisol actually had the opposite effect due to causing so much water retention. Very unlikely tbh – 1000cals no carbs daily is the supreme debloat diet, really...

I know the sacrifice to be that low body fat, I was like that in 2020, unfortunately that was before my fillers so I don’t have pictures of my face with that leaness. This means that I still haven’t reach my full potential. When I got filler I immediately started eating more and gained 20lbs in a month and stayed there for years, however my face was still lean but nowhere as lean as before I got my fillers.

The facial difference between 15% to 10% is stunning, is night and day. You’re easily at least 9-10%


Users in looksmax.org have no idea of how much fat they are carrying, everyone should at least be under 10% before asking for any looksmax advice. Unfortunately they don’t understand what truly means to be lean. To be lean you literally have to have veins tiny and small showing all across your abdomen. If you pinch your skin it should feel like paper.

7% bodyfat , you could look pretty good at 10-12% bodyfat if you were to bulk up with high protien and train your abs with weights using weighted sit ups or weighted ab cable pull downs. Weighted ab workouts make your abs pop out at higher body fats so you don't have to lean down as much . But if your wanting your face to look chiseled then would still need to be very lean but chewing gum can also help with making your face look leaner at a higher bodyfat. Do it twice a week for 15-20 minutes chewing gum with 3 days apart if you are tmj prone .

I used to do it everyday chewing gum but good tmj. TMJ went away after i quit chewing gum completely

True 10% is generally fine. My face is too far now in some contexts like if I fast past lunch and used caffeine, it’s scary gaunt

Well its not that black and white. I was 10% in high school but 120 lbs at 180 cm or 5ft 11. If you don't have some frame people don't take you seriously and you get zero ioi. The idea that women like skinny men is only true for white pretty boys. If your latino or black or ethnic it doesn't apply at all
