I cannot guarantee my plans to increase my IQ will work, but I think it's worth a shot. Good IQ tests measure a variety of facets, such as verbal intelligence, fluid intelligence, quantitative intelligence, memory, visual-spatial intelligence, and processing speed, to derive a full-scale IQ. Theoretically, then, improving each one of the facets gradually should lead to an overall increase in full-scale IQ over a long period. You should be realistic with your IQ gains and aim for 5-10 points at most, as that would probably be your genetic limit.

My Plan:
  • Verbal Intelligence:
    • Memorize a set amount of vocabulary words to remember each day.
    • Read philosophical and political books that use abstract language.
    • Just continue to pursue learning in your free time, whether that be through podcasts, documentaries, or even looking at Twitter, to increase your overall knowledge, which increases crystallized intelligence.

  • Quantitative Intelligence:
    • Learn how to solve math problems from the International Math Olympiad.
    • Get a math textbook to learn college-level math content such as Linear Algebra.
    • Brush up on math knowledge, especially in areas that I am weak in.

  • Fluid Intelligence:
    • Image Streaming.
    • Take a course in logic to understand the relationship between different concepts and how they relate to our world.
    • Take a course in computer science to foster problem-solving skills.

  • Working Memory/Processing Speed
    • Learn how to use mnemonic devices to comprehend large sums of content.
    • Learn how to speed read to increase processing speed.

Other Things I Plan to Do:
  • Eat Well, Sleep Earlier, Exercise More, Socialize to Improve Mental Health.
  • Meditate to clear your mind.
  • Nootropics when I'm older to maximize brain power.
  • Playing Chess or Word Games.

By increasing your intelligence, you will make better decisions to plan for the future and live a more fulfilling and healthier life.

that can increase also / refresh cause our heads are all fucked in todays time

Honestly, my verbal and fluid intelligence are OK, but I still need to work on them! However, I lack quantitative intelligence to a varying degree (I am below-average in math). Thank you for your input(s)!

I can give you the secret of how I grew 1 inch in about 1 month or 2 . dm-me

These are all facets of IQ except for musical intelligence and bodily kinesthetic intelligence which are both something else entirely

Jfl at “naturalistic intelligence” being connected to nature is not a skill

I heard dual N back increases working memory

Apparently it’s controversial though

Either way it’s a fun game that definitely loads very highly on working memory ability

Dnrd
You can’t change your IQ same goes with height

The only legitimate way is by improving blood flow and nutrients to the brain. Everything else is purely genetic and preordained.

You get smarter when you feel really stressed trying to solve a mental problem. You need to solve lots of hard problems to become smarter.
