Please help me larp to a palate expander!!!!

Alright I’m going to the dentist trm and I’ve been saying I got tmj in the morning. I have a problems breathing out of my mouth even tho though I don’t breathe out my mouth cause that’s sub 5 behavior.
That my jaw feels narrow and when ever I put my tongue to my mouth which I just do it leave mark because of small my jaw is. Like what type of palate expander should I get I have a narrow face.
Any advice for what I should say about to the ortho

Get them to actually see if your maxilla is "recessed" or if your palate is narrow.

don't go to a dentist just go to a orthodontist

If that's the case they realistically wont take your "larp". Realistically, what @feefz said is right, just go to a dentist. They do anything. They tried to give me braces when my mouth is wholly incompatible for them.

If your palate is not actually narrow, they probably won't opt for one but you can say you have difficulty breathing through your nose and it affects your sleep alot. I have a narrow palate and i wear mouth tape but some nights i can barely breathe lol.

if your maxilla is projected, then a palate expander is probably not the move. focus on tmj stuff with the dentist.

I just went there as a child and they gave me it, never asked for it
