LL is very high risk, which could potentially yield high reward but being a cripple is far worse then being a manlet. You have had 30 slays so your height couldnt be holding you back to much. However idk much about LL, so thats a choice for you to make.

Firstly lose the glasses and get contacts, LASIK is also high risk and there is limited options for revisions after. IF you insist on keep the glasses get a nice frame, your current glasses look bad.

Your lips have poor shape and but your main failio is your eye area. You have a fair amount UEE and your eye shape is quite round. Outside of this the rest of your face is good. Its hard to tell what your jawline is like under the beard. If its not razor sharp lower jaw surgery could be ideal (also if you have any malocussions, jaw surgery will fix that. Health and beauty go hand in hand). Dont fall for the monkey maxilla foward growth meme though.
