possible food poisoning incoming

Ate non-refrigerated food (meat salad and cheese) that's been stored outside as usual - this time openly without a food box I usually use though - last night and am feeling nauseaous right now. Have been taking lugol's iodine in an attempt to kill possible pathogens but it might be too late.

I have no time for this, many things I need to deal with. Wish me luck at this not escalating into full-blown food poisoning like I had in 2014 when I was permavomiting and -shitting for a week straight with fever and chills.

Dude thanks for writing this thread because I cooked food for tomorrow and forgot to put it into a container and put it in the fridge. Otherwise I'd probably get food poisoned from eating it tomorrow xd
