I've heard success stories from castor oil working both consumed and appleid topically.

But what I recently stumbled upon was this guy writing how only light castor oil works.

TL;DR: Avoid dark castor oil, go with light castor oil.

Specifically he mentioned "Pale Amber Castor Oil" working for him.
