Post-food clarity is even worse than post-nut clarity

It is the worst feeling. You spent hours being hungry & daydreaming about what delicious and succulent meal you are going to make.

After you finish eating and feel full, the post-food clarity hits. You feel disgusted that you spent all those hours borderline fantasizing about food—only to feel like an overindulging and gluttonous pig afterward. All for what? For 4-5 minutes of a dopamine hit. Now you have to live with the consequences of your gluttony as the food sits in your pig stomach and digests for several hours.

Even worse? Now there are dishes that need cleaning. So for those 4-5 minutes of dopamine, you wasted hours of your day thinking about it, then you made a host of dirty dishes—all just to feel like a bloated and incapacitated sleepy pig.

There is no free will. There is no choice BUT TO FANTISISE if that's your predisposition. Craving for food and not having it delivered to your mouth right now is a form of emotional pain. If you wouldn't eat it, cravings would grow even stronger... there's no escape from poor phenotype, it's a chronic issue
