From handsome to uncanny ogre. I think the reason he descended is that the cheekbones are just too large in comparison to the rest of the features.

There's no evidence to suggest bruxism or excessive clenching can make the ramus bigger OR smaller in adults. Just altering the bone density and morphology.

Whether its a descensions or ascencion I cannot really say, but personally I think its still a descensions. and he should have taken a different approach.

A reasonable person would conclude that he did not just randomly go crazy, he is responding to a negative change in how he looks. not based on a few pics. its obvious when you look at all the data. I think you probably just dont know that bones have the capacity to remodel so when someone makes a claim of someones bones changing you automatically shut it down and have to cope by finding an alternative explanation to maintain your bones-cannot-change opinion.
