I measured my bizygo and it was around 5.5 - 6 inches
I always doubted it, with just because the measurement of bizygo is hard

But neck is easier

~16 inch neck, unflexed and around larynx

My jaw and neck look so narrow in relation to my bizygo. This might confirm that my bizygo is around that what I thought of

And yes, my ES ratio is not ideal either

Average is 15 inches. But you can 16 is the same

All the width I got was from deadlifts.

Going to start serious neck training in the near future
