What is an ideal routine to fix shitty posture and anterior pelvic tilt?

Rn im just doign chin tucks, neck curls and strenghtening my glutes/hips in the gym.

train and stretch glutes and hip flexors while consciously maintaining good posture with ur pelvic tilted forward at all times till its second nature
