I know supplements are cope if you don’t have a defiency, but does potassium actually work for deboalting?
I’m also taking zinc, omega 3, vitamin c and magnesium
should I change something?

potassium works but if you want it to debloat you should probably just drink coconut water and limit sodium

What’s the difference between taking potassium in foods and taking it as a supplement? Aren’t they the same thing?
 
Supplements in general are bad because of inferior bioavailability.
Stick to whole foods for potassium and keep the sodium-potassium ratio to at least 1:2
