Potassium Chloride vs potassium citrate

I was thinking about buying potassium citrate because it is more easy to take (just take pills, don't need to measure and don't have to drink it in a disgusting taste drink) but someone said to me than potassium chloride is better for debloating and the citrate version do nothing.

Someone know if what he says is legit ? That doesn't make sense for me but maybe he is right, on this forum i Always see people take the chloride form
