I understand this is very strong i just got mine but I don’t have my scale yet, would it be safe just to add a pinch into water? Or should I just wait

isnt recommended dosage way lower???
daily reccomended intake is 4700 mg, not trying to be rude but lowkey coulda just found ts on google. ideal ratio of potassium to sodium per day for water retention is 4:1 so if u consume like 3g of sodium in a day fuck it just intake 10g of K
if you just do a teapsoon in some water that's probably gonna get u 1000-3000 mg which is more than safe

Ur good Im just not finding the info bc it’s KCL and Im not getting the answer also tried ai (Ik it’s ass) but it said a table spoon og KCL is dangerously high and recommended dose is 200 MG

interesting, im pretty sure it get dangerous when you arent consuming other electrolytes such as sodium magnesium and calcium. if you've already consumed a decent amount of those in a day I would think you're good to do higher doses of kcl.

I believe you are mistaking mg for meq, which I don't quite understand bc Im not well researched on it

I da thought u were trying to kill me, I’ll just stick to a tablespoon and see what happens i see the recommended amount is what you said, does it matter that Im getting it from KCL?

it should not no, but deadass do like 10 more minutes of research and you can probably figure out how much to take tbh. i don't think you can fuck it up unless you take a shit ton
