It's hard for me to do the 1:4 sodium to pottasium.

The 1:4 ratio isn’t really an established standard for debloating. As long as potassium intake is higher than sodium and sodium itself is below 500mg, you’ll have a positive intracellular fluid balance. That being said, u can increase daily potassium intake up to 4-4.5 g without any complications
Its 2026 and niggas are still talking about potassium

500mg is about half of my shcool breakfast.

I'll Use eplerone for debloating, just for proper fluid balance, because I have been cramping a shit ton recently
 
Guidelines recommend 1,500 mg/day but if u serious about debloating u should cut daily salt intake

I dont know shit about debloating I just drink 2 cans of coconut water everyday almost and eat some bananas🤣

My bad didnt realize u wanted to take it aswell, but yes It might work. Make sure to take it with enough water if you try, I see a little bit of research here and there of it working.

However on the contrary nephrologists always taught me that the vast majority (90%) of our potassium just get excreted.
