would you reccomend any other split?
i use it, just the arnold variation that biases the upper body so instead of upper lower you do chest/back and arms for a better physique halo

you’ll get a similar result either way, it’s just with arnold you’ll get more upper in exchange for less lower

2 sets up to 8 reps when you can do 8 reps up the weight and repeat until you can do that for 8 and keep repeating

high weight low reps

That doesn’t mean everyone should do FBEOD

FBEOD gives you the best frequency possibly without extra fatigue, it’s the split with the most rest compared to frequency, you have more “first sets”, you minimize atrophy. Many more pros

The pros outweigh the cons by far. And if you know how to program you won’t even have cons

Now what’s your opposing claim that FBEOD is bad? Enjoyment ? Lol

idk i shouldn’t say it’s a shit split i just personally don’t like it. it isn’t a good split for beginners though and i stand on that

its good espescially if you enjoy it, all you need it a split with 2 times frequency
