Had first premolar extractions as a kid to prevent crowding, went to a shitty ortho who decided to take out palate expander and opt for extractions instead
Currently have slightly chubby buccal fat pads that causes the rest of my midface to look flat, yet when I retract the excess skin (via fingers underneath the ear pulling skin back) the bones underneath look very well developed.
Cant find another case of this happening where moving a pad of fat completely fixes most failos, is this bonelessness or bloat
