I have a 660nm/850nm LED lamp from Amazon that I use on my face.

Started only 4 days ago so too early to tell if it's meme, even though there is an overwhelming literature support that it works.

I also came across using it on balls. I don't wanna burn my shit, so what sort of distance I need to keep the LED at?

do you have an update on your experiences?

I use mine from 80 cm, if I let it closer the burning is too much
